Depending on the specifics of any particular case, additional fees may apply as shown below.

• Cancellation Fees

30% of the purchase/winning bid amount (with a minimum of 2,000 yen). 

Cancellations due to the member's circumstances are not allowed after placing a bid on an auction or after completing payment for the product (Invoice 1), except when requested by the seller/store.

Only in cases where there are exceptional circumstances that meet our review criteria and the seller's consent is obtained, we may exceptionally accept a cancellation after the purchase request is completed, subject to the additional fees below. As such, even if your request meets our criteria, we cannot guarantee the seller's approval for the cancellation will be received.

Examples of such exceptional circumstances

(1) A negotiation fee with the seller, equivalent to 30% of the winning bid or purchase amount (with a minimum charge of 2,000 JPY).

(2) If any additional penalties or special charges are imposed due to the cancellation, the full amount will be charged.

(3) If the transaction between our company and the seller is suspended or terminated due to the cancellation, a compensation fee based on the estimated lost profit calculated from past transactions may apply.

• Repacking Fees

1,500 yen

After receiving your shipping instructions, any request to change the instructions, cancel packing, or re-pack shipments will incur a repacking fee. This includes returned shipments. Please also note that depending on the circumstances, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

• Domestic delivery service Fee

Charged based on the Charge 1 ＆ Charge 2 value

For deliveries within Japan, an additional 5% service fee will be charged on the total amount of Charge 1 + Charge 2 (minus the From Japan Handling Fee).

* This fee is applicable when choosing to send your items to a Japanese domestic address, instead of an international address. This is separate to domestic delivery fees charged by the seller to get your item to our distrubution center. 

• Disposal Fee

Especially for larger items, there are occasions when fees will be incurred for disposal.
