Outsourced packaging

If we determine that our normal packaging will be insufficient to keep your item safe during delivery, we may be required to outsource the packing of your item to a specialist packing partner. 

In such cases, the cost of outsourced packaging will be borne by the customer.

For items requireing outsourced packaging, after receiving your shipping instructions, we will send to you the charge 2 payment request after packing has been completed. Fees for this will be included in the charge 2.


Conditions for Outsourced Packaging Items

  • Items weighing 50 kg or more.
  • Items weighing 30 kg or more AND priced at 300,000 JPY or more.
  • Particularly fragile items, precision equipment, or items requiring special handling during packaging. 


* As outsourced packaging is uniformly done using wooden crates, the package size and weight will increase, resulting in higher international shipping costs.

* Even if an item does not meet the above conditions, you can accept requests for outsourced packaging. If you wish to apply, please contact customer service with the auction ID and order number before selecting your shipping method.

* Please note that cancellations cannot be made after submitting the request.
