The exchange rate we use is updated in real-time. 

On each payment page, the amount in Japanese yen and the selected currency will be displayed, so please make sure to check the total amount before completing your payment.

If you want to change the payment currency:

From PC: In the top-right side of the page you can see/change the currency selection.

From Smartphone: Select the menu button on the top-right side of the page, and scroll to the bottom of the menu to see/change the currency selection.

* Any refunds will be made in the currency used in the original payment. 

* For auctions, the exchange rate at the time of payment after winning the auction will be applied.

* The settlement of deposits will be based on the exchange rate at the time of the deposit.

*  Any fees incurred during billing or refunds, as well as the refund method and processing time, will follow the policies of your card company or financial institution.
