The refunded amount is different from the amount I paid

We process full refunds for the amount you paid, but depending on the credit card company, fees may be deducted.
Since these fees are not collected by us, please contact your card issuer for clarification.
Additionally, there may be differences in the exchange rates between the time of payment and the time of refund, but this is not covered by our compensation policy.
If multiple orders are refunded, please check the status of each order, as refunds may be processed separately for each one.
