My payment has failed

Last Updated:

As it may only be a temporary issue, we first advise to wait a little while, before attempting payment again.

If the payment continues to fail when using PayPal or a credit card, please try a different credit card or payment method.

For those who prefer to pay with a credit card, payments can also be made via PayPal, so please consider this option.

For details regarding the payment error, please check with your credit card company.

Even if an error message appears on the screen, please note that there may still be charges in some cases.

If you are charged, please review the transaction details of the card or PayPal account you used, and contact Customer Service with the transaction information.

Immediate solutions to try:

  •  Please make sure that your card is registered for 3D Secure 2.0 and that one-time passwords (OTP) can be used.

Due to enhanced security measures, support for 3D Secure 2.0 is now required. Even cards that were previously registered may be affected.

If the issue persists, we recommend using PayPal for your payment.

You can learn more about 3D Secure here.

  • Check if the credit card you are trying to use can be used for international transactions

  • Check if the card has enough credit/balance

  • Check if the credit card you are trying to use is Master card/Visa

  • If you are using Firefox please try making the payment using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge

  • Check the expiration date of your credit card

  • Check if your internet connection is stable

  • Try incognito mode for payments as it overcomes possible browser blockings
