How can I find out when my rank will be upgraded?

You can check your current rank and what your rank will be in the next update on your "My Account" page. (See details here.)
To help you understand how your rank is calculated and estimate your future rank, we will explain the rank calculation system.

Basic Rules
- Membership ranks are updated twice a month, on the 1st and 16th.
- Rankings are calculated based on the total order amount (Charge 1 total) of completed orders shipped over the past year.
- This one-year applicable period shifts slightly with each update.
Calculating applicable time period
The method for calculating the target period is as follows:

Check your order (Charge 1 total value) history
Once you know the applicable period, you need to check your order history (Charge 1 total value) within that period.
As shown below, after logging in and heading to "My Account", select "Shipment History," where you can filter by shipment date and view the total Charge 1 value:
１．First, enter the start date and end date of the target period in the format "YYYYMMDD."
２．After clicking "Search," you can check the total value (Charge 1 value) for that period as shown below:
