Order processing and quotiations are processed within 1 day. 

Order processing begins after the payment for the Charge 1 has been completed.

You can check your order status on your My Account page. 

Additionally, you will receive automatic system-email notification when an order.qutoation has has been completed, as well as when your item arrives ay our distrubution center.

For flea market sites such as Rakuten Rakuma, some products require seller approval before purchase.

After confirming your Charge 1 payment, our staff will submit a purchase request. 

While waiting for the sellers response, the items status will remain as "Order Processing Pending."

If the transaction cannot proceed due to non-approval or the item being sold out on a marketplace, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued within 10 business days.
