As negotiations are handled sequentially, the item may sell out during the negotiation process. If the seller does not respond within 3 days, or if the negotiation is unsuccessful, we will contact you again. If the negotiation is successful, the item will be purchased as-is and the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method. JDirectItems Auction To ask a question to a seller of an item you want to buy, you can contact customer service with the auction ID, and they will send your question to the seller. * Be sure to specify the auction ID when contacting customer service. * Depending on the content of the question, we may not be able to respond. If you wish to negotiate a price reduction, please also refer to see here. * Questions cannot be asked about auctions that have already ended. * Please refrain from directly contacting the sellers for items you wish to purchase using our service.  Other Sites If you have a question about an item, please add the item to your shopping cart and contact customer service with your order number. * We do not provide inquiry services for BAPE.COM, Suruga-ya, or Amazon.co.jp. * Be sure to provide your order number when contacting customer service. * Depending on the content of the question, we may not be able to respond. Price negotiations are accepted only for items listed on the flea market sites with a displayed price of 10,000 JPY or more.  Should any price negotiation be successful, any FJ coupons or discounts will be applied to the negotiated item price, and not the original (pre-negotiation) item price.  For example see the case below: Item price (as shown on flea market) 10,500 yen From Japan Coupon amount 500 yen OFF From Japan Discount Campaign 5% OFF Price negotiation amount 10% reduction   In the above case, lets see what happens if the negotiation is successful, how the coupon and campaign discount will be applied: 10,500 yen x 10% OFF = 9,450 yen (10% price negotiation) 9,450 yen x 5% OFF = 8,978 yen (apply the discount campaign reduction) 8,978 yen - 500 yen = 8,478 yen (apply the coupon discount reduction) Final price (charge 1 value) =  8,478 yen * From Japan campaign discounts are applied directly in the cart. * Coupons must be used at the time of Charge 1 payment; they cannot be applied after payment. * Multiple coupons cannot be used together. * Charge 1 payment for the full amount must be completed in advance before we can proceed to negotiate price with the seller.
