If you want to change the PayPal account linked to your FROM JAPAN account to another PayPal account, there is a possibility that the latest address has not been updated.
When changing the PayPal account linked to your FROM JAPAN account to a different PayPal account, please follow the steps below:
1. Settle all outstanding deposits in your FROM JAPAN account.
2. On the Charge 1 payment screen, uncheck the box labeled “Automatically use PayPal for future payments.” After confirming your order details, click the payment button.
3. The screen will redirect to the PayPal login page again. Please log in using the PayPal account you wish to use, confirm your shipping address, and complete the payment procedure.
