After the payment for Charge 1 is complete, FROM JAPAN will immediately proceed with the purchase with the seller.

* In principle, cancellations are not possible after the purchase process for the item has been completed.
After the purchase process has been completed, since FROM JAPAN carries out the purchase procedure with the store/seller, we may not be able to accept cancellations or changes to the order details. Store/seller cancellation after the purchase process is completed cannot be guaranteed, regardless of the shipping status or response status.

Charge 2: Costs for shipping and all other costs

After the item arrives at the FROM JAPAN warehouse, and once the actual size and weight have been confirmed, you can proceed with the Charge 2 payment. 

Charge 2 payment includes the following:

• International shipping (actual cost based on measured size/weight after packing)

• Service fee: 500 yen per order
  * Charged once even if you purchase multiple quantities of the same item

• Domestic shipping within Japan (actual cost; only if incurred)

• Miscellaneous charges such as special handling fees by the carrier (if applicable)

• Depending on your region/selection, customs duties and customs-related fees (see below)

Customs duties may apply depending on the item and the rules in your region.

• At FROM JAPAN, we will request the seller to ship using a trackable method.
  Therefore, if domestic shipping within Japan is incurred, we will charge the cost in the Charge 2 payment.
