How do I determine if a seller is trustworthy?

Last Updated:

There are several key points to consider when determining whether a seller is trustworthy on flea market or auction sites.

First, we recommend checking the seller’s profile page.

The profile displays their ratings, which can be a helpful reference before placing a bid or making a purchase.

We do not recommend purchasing from or bidding on items listed by sellers who have many negative ratings or very few past transactions.

When checking the product page, please also pay attention to the following points:

  • The product is priced extremely low, or the auction starts at 1 yen

  • There are no actual photos of the item, and only stock images or illustrations are used

If you have any concerns about an item, feel free to contact our Customer Service team along with the product link.

Our staff will be happy to assist you.
