Correct description format
Last Updated:
We kindly ask you to contact the Customer Service after the item has arrived at our warehouse but before finalizing your shipping instructions, in order to provide us with a complete description of your items in the following format:
If the HS code is not specified, we will choose one for you. All other information is required.
Important notes for HS Code change requests:
Example:
s1087535079: Books, HS Code
- Please do not use commas, special characters, or other separators in the main description. Only the HS code should be separated by a comma.
- Additional descriptions may be added by our warehouse staff if necessary.
If there is any information that absolutely must not appear, please let us know before paying Charge 2. - To avoid errors caused by manual entry, please limit your request to a maximum of 10 item IDs per message.
- There should be a space between the colon (:) and the description, and the colon should be placed directly after the ID (with no space between the ID and the colon).
- The full description must not exceed 40 characters, including the ID (or auction number), the colon, and the space after it. This is to ensure it prints correctly on the shipping invoice.
Please make sure that the description is accurate and matches the actual item.
* Do not submit your shipping instructions until the changes have been confirmed by our team. As a general rule, we also ask you to contact us one final time to confirm the description before paying the Charge 2 invoice.
