It is important to check that a guitar does not contain any possibly prohibited parts like prohibited wood, metal or ivory or international shipment will not be possible. If contacted before a bid is placed (for a listing on JDirectItems) or a Charge 1 payment is made (for a non-auction listing) we are able to ask the seller for the material list but it is likely that they will not reply in time or does not know the specific materials that were used.

Should the item be categorized as prohibited for international shipment by the shipping services, you have one of these options:

• Ship the item to a Japanese address with an additional handling fee of 5% based on your Charge 1 and 2 total (excluding the Handling Fee)
