Plants and animal products protected under CITES cannot be shipped internationally. Per CITES and the Japanese Endangered Species Preservation Act we ask that our service be used only when purchasing items made from tortoise shell to be shipped within Japan.

Materials that cannot be shipped under CITES regulations include, but are not limited to:

• Amber
• Coral
• Chinchilla fur
• Crocodile leather
• Lizard leather
• Tortoise shell
