Items that may contain residual oil or gas may be considered prohibited goods and might not be eligible for international shipping.
Please especially note that for used car parts or mechanical components, it is not possible to issue inspections or documents certifying that no oil or gas remains.
1. Products with possible oil residue, such as:
- Oil tanks (New and Used)
- Engines
- Filler caps
- Bonnet dampers
- Mechanical-type products
2. Products containing gas or explosives, such as:
- Steering wheels with airbags
- Seat belts with a Pretensioner
- Suspensions
- Dampers
If the item that arrives is deemed a prohibited item, you may choose one of the following options:
- Ship the item to a domestic address in Japan
(An additional handling fee of 5% will be charged, based on the total amount of Invoice 1 and Invoice 2, excluding service fees.)
- Dispose of the item
(Please note that Invoice 1 cannot be refunded.)
* Cancellation after an order has been placed will incur cancellation fees. Depending on the seller's policies, a cancellation may not be possible. Thank you for your understanding.
