If you wish to reset your password, kindly simply request a password change by clicking on "Forgot Password" on the login screen.

You will then receive a temporary password that you will have to use on the provided link. Should an error message appear, reenter the login data and solve the captcha after which you confirm the data again and you have access to your account. 

Solving the captcha and confirming the temporary password again are mandatory if requested.
